I had a wonderful experience with Paul at Hero Roofing! Paul was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond, working tirelessly with my insurance company to ensure everything was handled smoothly. It was a long process trying to find a company to remove solar panels and replace them. He kept me updated throughout the process. Paul even made sure my dog, Phoebe, was put in her kennel while the roodf was being replaced which was an extra thoughtful touch. The crew was professional, covered areas for protection during the installation, and did a fantastic job cleaning up afterward. Paul also followed up after the installation to ensure everything was to my satisfaction.
