Our Story
Hero Roofing Arkansas wasn't started in a corporate boardroom. It grew out of a simple frustration. After a major spring storm tore through Central Arkansas, we watched out-of-state crews rush in, do shoddy work, and move on quickly—leaving honest homeowners to deal with the fallout.
Two Arkansas guys, Paul and Josh, decided enough was enough. We knew the people of Little Rock and surrounding areas deserved a roofing contractor they could actually trust. Someone who would answer the phone, stand by their warranties, and treat every home like it was their own mother's house.
What started as a small operation with a single truck has grown into a trusted residential roofing company across Central Arkansas. Today, we proudly serve Little Rock, North Little Rock, Conway, Benton, Bryant, Cabot, and beyond.

As a military veteran, Paul learned early that discipline, accountability, and putting service before self aren't just words — they're how you treat people. He's brought that same care into roofing for more than two decades.
Paul's specialty is the insurance side of roofing. Where other contractors give up, he's known for helping homeowners revisit claims that were previously denied — documenting the damage thoroughly and working with the adjuster on the roofing side of the claim.

Founder & Operations
Josh is the engine that keeps Hero Roofing running smoothly. With a deep background in operations and customer care, he makes sure every single client feels like our only client.
Josh is obsessed with exceeding expectations and getting every detail right — from the quality of the work to making sure crews arrive on schedule and leave your property spotless. For him, a great experience for the homeowner is the whole point.
